It was based on the positivist paradigm of quantitative approach and a study of reliability and content validity was carried out.In the first place, a questionnaire was developed with the dependent and independent variables, consisting of 20 items and 6 dimensions with their respective indicators by sections. The instrument was subjected to an expert judgment and a pilot test with a sample of 15 participants. For statistical analysis and validation, reliability analysis with Cronbach's alpha and descriptive statistical measures were used. Results:the validation inthe qualification of experts was obtained a score of 93.7 obtained was a Cronbach's alpha of 0.922. Conclusions:the value obtained from Cronbach's alpha in the instrument has a good reliability. Therefore, the instrument meets the necessary validity and reliability requirements to be used in studies on the subject
