VARIABILITY OF ALUMINUM CONCENTRATION IN SEEPAGE WATER OF AERATION ZONE IN GNEISSES OF THE SOWIE MTS. (WIELKA SOWA, MIDDLE SUDETES) – PRELIMINARY RESULTS

Abstract
The paper presents the variability of aluminum concentration in seepage water occurred in weathered gneisses of the Sowie Mts. in the vicinity of Sokolec village. The seepage water in weathered profile to the depth of 1.8 m contain aluminum in different forms with maximum concentrations up to 7.53 mg/dm3. The amount of Al is determined by such factors as: pH of water, soil temperature, the volume of seepage water and sorptive properties of organic matter.
