Journal Title: Journal of Evidence Based Medicine and Healthcare - Year 2015, Vol 2, Issue 12
Abstract
Common carotid arteries on either side show frequent variations in their anatomy. This poses interpretational difficulties during interventional procedures in surgery, interventional radiology and angiography. Knowledge of all the variations is enlightening and aids the plan of management in corresponding specialties.
