Vatandaş Olmayan Kişilerin Ülkeden Sınır Dışı/İade Edilme Kararlarına Karşı Anayasa Mahkemesi’nin Yaklaşımı

Abstract
Turkey has faced various immigration waves in recent years. These people, who have fled their country collectively or individually, come to our country with a request for asylum. The deportation/extradition decisions of these people whose asylum claims were rejected or who were later found to be in the country unlawfully have been the subject of individual applications at the Constitutional Court. The Court dealt with these applications within the framework of the prohibition of ill-treatment and the right to respect for family life. In the study, the principle decisions on this issue were examined.
