Vegetation and soil cover within mountain skiing routes in Bukovel (Gorgany, Eastern Carpathians, Ukraine)

Abstract

The estimations of overgrown and soil formation processes in terms of species composition of plant cover, physico-chemical and agrochemical parameters of soil within the different exposures of downhill skiing routes of tourist-recreation complex “Bukovel” located in Gorgany (Ukrainian Carpathians) near the village Polyanytsya (Ivano-Frankivsk region) are presented. Basing on the results received the proposals upon optimization of the formation of plant and soil covers on the mountain skiing routes were developed
