VEKTOR RAZVITIYA [VECTOR OF DEVELOPMENT]

Abstract

Kuzbass has been the main coal mining region of the country for more than fifteen years, developing dynamically, being the basis for the development of industry and energy security of the country. Kuzbass accounts for 227.4 million tonnes of coal, 59% of Russia's total coal output, including 75% of coking coal. To find out about the current situation and perspectives of the Kuzbass coal industry, we talked with the Deputy Governor for Energy and Ecology, Evgeny Khlebunov.
