VERTEBRANIN GRANÜLOMATÖZ ENFEKS‹YONLARI

Abstract

Vertebral osteomiyelit; omurgada yer alan kemik dokular› ve ayn› zamanda intervertebral disk, epidural aral›k ve miyofasiyel doku gibi komßu yumußak dokular› da kapsayan bir enfeksiyon hastal›¤›d›r. Bu çal›ßman›n amac›; vertebrada, etken patojenlere karß› konak yan›t› olarak granülomatoz lezyonlar olußturan enfeksiyon hastal›klar› irdelemektir. Granülomatöz reaksiyona neden olan çok say›da etken mevcuttur. En s›k rastlanan granülomatöz enfeksiyon, tüberkülozdur. Daha az s›kl›kta olmakla birlikte, bakteriler (Actinomyces, Nocardia, Brucella), mantarlar, spiroketler (Treponema) ve baz› parazitler de konakta benzer granülomatöz lezyonlar olußturur.
