Abstract
У статті розглянуто сутність поведінкових фінансів, особливу увагу приділено порівняльному аналізу теоретичних засад традиційних та поведінкових фінансів. Висвітлено основні принципи поведінкового підходу щодо дослідження процесу прийняття економічними суб’єктами фінансових рішень. Схарактеризовано структуру теорії поведінкових фінансів та систематизовано їх інструменти.
