Abstract
У статті визначено роль досліджень та розробок (R&D) як стратегічного варіанта ефективного творчого розвитку економічного потенціалу компанії. Підкреслено важливість R&D у бізнесі як основи побудови конкурентних переваг компанії на ринку в довгостроковій перспективі, сприяння поширенню культури творчості й інновацій та зменшення протидії їм всередині економічних інститутів.
