ВІДПОВІДАЛЬНІСТЬ ШТАБНИХ ПІДРОЗДІЛІВ ОРГАНІВ ВНУТРІШНІХ СПРАВ УКРАЇНИ

Abstract
The article explores the fact that all types of legal liability can be applied to the staff of the headquarters, but in practice, disciplinary liability to the employees of the next part as a structural subdivision of the headquarters (territorial) is practiced principally. According to the revealed offense, the prosecutor’s office is ordered to eliminate violations and bring the perpetrators to disciplinary responsibility. After receipt of the order of the prosecutor’s office, the staff of the headquarters of the regional department of internal affairs conducts a check, as a result of which guilty persons are brought to disciplinary responsibility in accordance with the requirements of the Disciplinary Statute.
