Abstract
Research methods of biological objects with known equivalent circuits as bipolar devices are analyzed. Parameters of immittance of living tissues equivalent circuits are analyzed. Research methods of biological objects with known equivalent circuits by the parameters of immittance using compatible measurements or results of measuring the immitance components on two fixed frequencies (low and high) are proposed.
