ВИВЧЕННЯ ПОПИТУ ГІПОТЕНЗИВНИХ ПРЕПАРАТІВ В УМОВАХ АПТЕК ЛУГАНСЬКОЇ ОБЛАСТІ ЗА УРЯДОВОЮ ПРОГРАМОЮ «ДОСТУПНІ ЛІКИ»

Abstract
Study of the demand for antihypertensive drugs by the government program «Affordable drugs» from visitors of the pharmacies in the Luhansk region has made it possible to establish the most popular antihypertensive drugs and the undesirable reactions to these groups of drugs, which may serve as a justification for more rational pharmacological correction of cardiovascular system pathology. It was found that 69 % of patients with hypertension participate in the government program «Affordable drugs». There is a high interest to ACE inhibitors (42 % of cases), while 34 % of patients participating in the program «Affordable drugs» received mainly β-blockers, which is probably due to different protocols of treatment and giving preference to home-produced drugs. It should be noted that the implementation of the Government program «Affordable drugs» from 1st of April 2017 into the health care system of Ukraine led to an increase in the patients’ compliance. Thus, 84 % of the interviewed patients underwent a course of treatment and 89 % regularly receive antihypertensive drugs. Precisely this approach to pharmacological correction of arterial hypertension in the future will allow Ukrainian citizens significantly reduce the incidence of cardiovascular diseases and irreversible complications, and, as a consequence, reduce the number of fatal cases.
