Влияние повышенной температуры окружающей среды на активность ферментов антиоксидантной системы и анаэробного гликолиза у эндемичных байкальских видов амфипод Eulimnogammarus marituji, E. maackii и Gmelinoides fasciatus

Abstract
Целью настоящей работы являлась оценка влияния повышенной температуры окружающей среды на активность ферментов антиоксидантной системы и анаэробного гликолиза у эндемичных байкальских видов амфипод Eulimnogammаrus marituji (Baz., 1945), E. maackii (Gerstf., 1858) и Gmelinoides fasciatus (Stebb., 1899). При экспозиции в условиях повышения температуры, у всех видов амфипод отмечали рост активности пероксидазы. Характер изменений активности каталазы, глутатион S-трансферазы и лактатдегидрогеназы у представителей E. maritujiи E. maackii отличались от таковых у G. fasciatus, что свидетельствует о различиях в механизмах стресс-адаптации у этих видов. На основании полученных материалов предположено, что изменения активности антиоксидантных ферментов и ферментов анаэробного гликолиза могут способствовать повышению эффективности функционирования гликолитических процессов и поддержанию энергетического гомеостаза у эндемичных байкальских амфипод.
