Abstract
Методом прицельной электронно-микроскопической съемки панорам поверхности образцов после различных степеней сверхпластической деформации изучено образование новой разновидности пластического течения – встроенных зон. Образование встроенных зон может быть результатом модифицированного крипа Херринга-Набарро, особенностями которого являются короткие пути между источниками и стоками вакансий, а также ускоренная диффузия по дислокациям.
