VOCATIONAL EDUCATION AS A STRUCTURAL CONDITION OF PRODUCTIVE EMPLOYMENT OF THE POPULATION IN THE CONDITIONS OF INNOVATIVE CHANGES IN UKRAINE

Abstract
The article reveals the importance of vocational education of employees as a structural condition of productive employment of the population in the conditions of innovative changes in Ukraine, points out the need to overcome the imbalance between vocational education and productive employment of the population by ensuring the flexibility and mobility of the institutional structure of educational institutions, their compliance with the level of competitiveness on the training services market, which will guarantee productive employment of the population.
