Von Willebrand disease haemostatic management and anesthesia for orthopedic surgery

Abstract
We present the patient with type 1 von Willebrand (VWD) who underwent surgery for knee arthroscopy. We analysed the treatment options, the outcomes of haemostasis in the context of orthopedic surgery.
