Youth’s pronunciation is an index of the level of development, interests, tastes and requirements of young people. Women are considered leaders of language innovations and their pronunciation tendencies can be considered promising in the development in the whole phonetic system. The conducted research, that main method of which is the auditory analyses showed that innovations in the female speech behavior is expressed in the more close realization of the vowel /ж/, in the more distinctly expressed forward position of vowel /u/, in centralization of the long vowel /і:/ and in strong widening of the vowels /ɔ:/ and /і/. Male group informants showed variability in realization of almost all vowels using less standard pronouncing language forms.
