Abstract
Apoptosis as a form of programmed cell death, along with necrosis is one of the key options of the cell response to injury. Apoptosis plays an important role in the pathogenesis of many diseases. In connection with our earlier date is to develop a simple technique to study in vivo screening and evaluation of the impact of therapeutic interventions on the severity of necrosis and apoptosis. The aim of our study was to develop a screening method for assessing protective properties of the therapeutic effects on the model of UV skin damage in rats.
