Abstract

Among the methods of formation of the discussed method of vibration segregation, which allows to form products with different composition of powder mixture with the subsequent distribution of particles along the height of the sample. The successful combination of powder mixture with regard to its granulometric composition, the shape factor of particles and the study of the behavior of these particles under the action of vibration is an important task for obtaining a gradient of powder materials. A unified theory describing the behavior of particles of granular media under vibration, not today. The aim of this work is to investigate regularities in the behavior poroshkovogo sludge stainless steel AISI430 and powder saponite Mg[Si4O10](OH)×nH2O vibration molding is subject to various vibration parameters, as well as to develop technology for the manufacture of the gradient materials based on these powders. To obtain high-quality products, great importance is the choice of materials and powders. In defined the main physicochemical properties of the powder of the natural material saponite Mg[Si4O10](OH)×nH2O and waste materials of stainless steel AISI430.
