V.V. CONTENTS AND METHODS OF DIAGNOSTICS OF DEVELOPMENT OF FUTURE TEACHERS’ PEDAGOGICAL THINKING

Abstract

On the basis of analysis of scientific sources essence of pedagogical thinking is considered; own determination of this concept as integrative description that is based on thorough knowledge about features of pedagogical activity, provides generalized and mediated reflection of professional reality, adequate advancement and decision of professional tasks is set forth. The components of pedagogical thinking of future teacher (cognitive, motivational-valued, operation, reflexive) are certain, criteria and indexes of his development are specified. Maintenance and separate aspects of diagnostic stage of experiment, oriented on expose of dominant type of thinking of future teachers and peculiar to them level of reflection are lighted out. It is set that effective devel- opment of pedagogical thinking demands harmonious combination of logical and practical thinking, strength- ening attention to forming creative potential of future teachers. It is found out, that most of future teachers are characterized by insufficient level of development of reflection that reduces their capacity to self-realization in pedagogical activity, predetermine inadequacy of self-appraisal, lack of ability to creatively approaches to decision pedagogical tasks, dispersion of idea about professionally meaningful qualities and abilities, mecha- nisms of its development.
