Abstract
У статті представлені методологічні та аналітичні узагальнення сучасного досвіду інституційного забезпечення органічної співпраці держави, університетів і бізнесових структур в інноваційному процесі. Доведено доцільність взаємодії науки, підприємництва та держави в українських реаліях для розвитку інноваційної складової національної економіки. Обґрунтована необхідність удосконалення існуючої інноваційної політики України шляхом створення і підтримки механізмів кооперативної взаємодії держави, університетів і бізнесових структур.
