Взаємовплив релігії і права в сучасному світі

Abstract
The presented paper is devoted to the analysis of the relationship of transformational manifestations of religion and the right to the definition of the general trends in this field in the history of the modern world. The result indicated that the historical experience for country at the present stage of its development is instructive, because if more than two hundred years ago, people have tried to solve possible disputes by peaceful means, the modern society, the principles of tolerance should be dominant. Представленная статья посвящена анализу трансформационных проявлений взаимосвязи религии и права с определением общих тенденций в указанной сфере в истории современного мира. В итоге указано, что этот исторический опыт для государства на современном этапе его развития является поучительным, поскольку, если еще более двухсот лет назад люди пытались решить возможные спорные вопросы мирным путем, то для современного общества принципы толерантности должны стать доминирующими.
