Abstract
The author points to the role which media play in the teachings of the Church. The article relates to, among others, the texts of John Paul II. There is a visible tension between the Catholic Church andnew media. In summary, the author expresses doubt whether it is possible that the functioning of the Catholic community could be possible, in times of the domination of liquid postmodernism.
