WAGE – TOOL OF MOTIVATION IN LABOR

Abstract
The article defines the significance of the construction complex for the country's economy. The tendencies of the development of the construction industry of Ukraine in the modern period are considered. The monthly volumes of completed construction work were given starting in 2014. The dynamics of average wage growth in construction over the past five years has been analyzed. Calculated the percentage changes in wages in each year. The ratio of wage growth to producer price index has been studied. The need to develop measures to stimulate labor personnel is proved. The need has been identified to introduce material and non-material forms of encouraging the workforce in order to improve the performance of their work responsibilities.
