DEVELOPMENT OF MODERN ENERGY MANAGEMENT: TARIF SETTING IN PROVADING HEAT SUPPLY SERVICES TO CONSUMERS

Abstract
Тhe article determines that today the main principles of state policy in the sphere of energy management are creation of the state economic and legal conditions of interest in energy saving of legal and physical persons, implementation of state regulation of activities in the sphere of energy saving on the basis of application of economic, regulatory and technical measures of management, priority of energy conservation requirements in realization of economic activity, creation of energysaving structure materials of material production on the basis of the integrated solution of issues of economy and energy saving taking into account environmental requirements, wide introduction of the latest energy-saving technologies. The authors of the article substantiated the expediency of applying two-part tariffs for heat supply services and gave an example of their calculation for a particular enterprise.
