Abstract
The article presents the thesis, that N.A. Lvov’s literary works place the creative personality of an artist, refracting pencraft canons, to the forefront. The poetic changings from the normative to the individual are traced by the ways of the author’s self-representation in the poem “The Botanical Journey to Dudorov Mountain, 1792 May, 8th day”.
