Abstract
The article deals with the stages of reorganization of state bodies that provide regulation of recreation and tourism activity in Ukraine. A new model of management of recreation and tourism activity is proposed. The optimal way of creating a new management model is revealed. The components of vertical management of recreation and tourism policy in Ukraine are structured.
