Abstract
In the process research that was conducted we have been allocated innovative directions of strategic development the agrarian sector. It has been established that innovation should be introduced on directions – from raising the technical level and changes in the volume and production structure to improve his organization, rationalization of labor and improving and improving the governance. Allocated factors, which hold back innovative development of the agrarian sector. It was developed Strategy for the development of the agricultural sector for the Capital Economic Area, based on the adoption of effective management decisions, taking into account the systemic approach and system analysis external and internal factors, which, directly or indirectly, affect the state of the agrarian sector
