INTEGRATED APPROACH TO ASSESSING THE LEVEL OF IMPLEMENTATION OF THE COMPETITIVE POTENTIAL OF THE RESTAURANT INDUSTRY ENTERPRISE

Abstract

The article presents an integrated structural model of the competitive potential of a restaurant business enterprise. The system of partial indicators of estimation of local potentials with the account of sectorial specificity of enterprises of restaurant economy is offered. The structural-logical scheme is developed and the methodical approach to the estimation of the level of realization of the competitive potential of enterprises of restaurant economy is substantiated.
