THE DEVELOPMENT OF INSTITUTES AND THE IMPROVEMENT OF THEIR STRUCTURE AS THE DETERMINING FACTOR IN THE DEVELOPMENT OF THE SOCIO-ECONOMIC SYSTEM

Abstract
Fundamental political and socially-economic transformations in Ukraine cause necessity of theoretical understanding of occurring transformational processes. The main precondition of the productive basis of market economy in Ukraine is formation of corresponding institutes which reflect specificity of new quality of managing. The institutional structure represents the ordered arrangement of the institutional elements influencing economic activities of society. The current article of development of society requires social and economic systems maximum performance, which is impossible to achieve without an effective institutional environment. In the paper we describe the functional content of the institutions; we investigate the mechanisms thought which institutions influence the socio-economic system.
