EVALUATION OF CRITERIA FOR DETERMINING THE WINNER OF THE PROCUREMENT

Abstract
The paper outlines the essence and general principles of the criteria for evaluating public procurement. The conditions of application of the criteria for assessing the supplier in the process of identifying the winner of public procurement have been analyzed. The advantages and disadvantages of the lowest price and the most advantageous offer criteria have been determined. The main criteria of the general strategy for awarding the winner of public procurement have been revealed. The use of the methodology of evaluation of bidders using the experience of EU countries has been proposed.
