WAYS OF OVERCOMING THE INNOVATIVE CONFLICT IN THE ACTIVITIES OF LABOUR COLLECTIVE

Abstract
The article analyzed the characteristics of innovation of domestic enterprises. The economic essence of innovation in the company of the conflict is defined. The influence of innovative activity conflicts in labor collective enterprise is explored. Ways to avoid the emergence of new and innovative solution of the existing conflicts within the industrial enterprise are offered.
