Ways to improve the out-of-court form of solving collective labor disputes

Abstract
In the article, based on the analysis of scientific views of scientists and the norms of the current legislation of Ukraine, ways of improving the out-of-court form of solving collective labor disputes are defined. The necessity of creating labor arbitration as a permanent body is emphasized as part of the National Mediation and Reconciliation Service. The existence of significant disadvantages, which in the first place occurs during the implementation of extrajudicial forms of resolving such disputes, has been established.
