WEEKS OF MECHANISM OF ADMINISTRATIVE RESPONSIBILITY FOR COMBATING CORRUPTION HOW TO REVIEW SATELLITES OF THE UKRAINIAN LAW "ON PREVENTION OF CORRUPTION"

Abstract
The article is devoted to revealing the existing deficiencies in the mechanism of bringing to administrative responsibility for committing offenses related to corruption provided for in section ХІІІ-A of the Code of Ukraine on Administrative Offenses. The subject of scientific research is the provision of the Code of Ukraine on Administrative Offenses and the Law of Ukraine “On the Prevention of Corruption”. The shortcomings and contradictions of restrictions as means of prohibitions are considered, for violation of which the liability stipulated by Section XIII-A of the Code of Administrative Offenses is imminent.
