Who are children, how do they learn?- a qualitative ethnographic analysis of an interview with creche caregivers.

Abstract
Results of focus group carried out among care givers work with children in creche are presented. The care givers utterances concerned different issues related to their pedagogical work in the crèche. They were trying to discover their own implict theories, expectations. In the analysis of data the guidelines and assumptions of grounded theory were applied. Care givers utterances meet recognized globally ideas concerning the high quality ECEC impact on child`s development. <br/><br/>
