Wideband Printed Monopole Antenna for WLAN Application
Journal Title: International Journal of Electronics Communication and Computer Technology - Year 2016, Vol 6, Issue 1
Abstract
This paper present printed monopole antenna with wideband presented for wireless local loop (WLAN) application. The antenna structure consist of rectangular monopole with microstrip feed line for excitation and conductor –backed plane for broad banding .The bandwidth of 10 dB for return loss is from 2 to 4.3GHz covering WLAN band.

Analysis and Design of Microstrip Patch Antenna Slotted Circle with Heptagon Loaded Innovative Metamaterial Structure
In the proposed work a new design of metamaterial to provide improvement into the factors of the rectangular microstrip patch antenna (RMPA) at the resonant frequency of 1.9 GHz. In this work enrichment of the antenna...
Optimal Quantum Measurement Design on Speech Signal: Blind Minimax Estimator Improving MSE Over LS Estimators
We consider the problem of estimating an unknown, deterministic speech signal parameters based on quantum measurements corrupted by white Gaussian noise. We design and analyze blind minimax estimator (BME), which consist...
Improvement of Transmittance Characteristics of 1D Photonic Crystal with Optical Gain Factor under Oblique Incidence for Different Materials
Transmittance of one-dimensional photonic crystal is numerically computed for oblique incidence of electromagnetic wave considering the effect of optical gain factor. Transfer matrix technique is used for calculation,...
A Study on Human Eye Detection in a Color Image Based on Harris Corner Detector and Sobel Edge Operator
A study is made to detect human eye from a color face image (in RGB space) using Harris corner detector and Sobel edge operator. Morphological operation like dilation and erosion are also applied to make the edge of the...
Coin Recognition Using Circular Hough Transform
This paper represents algorithm for recognition of the coins of different denomination. The proposed system first uses a canny edge detection to generate an edge map, then uses CHT (Circular Hough transform) to recognize...
