Witness as a subject of administrative procession relations

Abstract
The article is devoted to defining the legal status of a witness as the subject of administrative procession relations. The analysis of national legislation made no conclusion on setting specific requirements to the identity of the witness. At the same time the legislation is a list of people who may not be involved as witnesses in administrative proceedings. We analyzed this list. The author formulates his own vision of the essence of the witness as a subject of administrative procession relations. It is emphasized the importance and significance of the subject of administrative procession relations.
