Working time management model in an enterprise

Abstract

The article focuses on working time management and the thesis has been supported, that determining activity patterns (standards) makes the basis of effective utilization of organization resources and their efficient management. Moreover, it has been recognized, that working method standards should be drown out first, then working time standards should be established, with particular attention paid to working time standards.
