WORLD EXPERIENCE OF LEADING SOCIALLY ORIENTED BUSINESS

Abstract
The article investigates the world experience of companies in the field of social responsibility. There are three models of CSR: American, European and Asian (Japanese). It is established that the American model of CSR provides for a rather high level of independence of entrepreneurship in the process of choosing charities, and the state does not regulate this process, but only encourages them through the use of the system of privileges and subsidies. In turn, social responsibility according to the European model of CSR acts as an integral part of the activities of public authorities, and according to the Japanese model, it is based mainly on internal programs. In addition, it has been found that each EU country has its own characteristics of CSR, which causes the separation of the three varieties of the European model. The features of conducting socially oriented business in Austria, Germany, France, Belgium, Norway, Sweden, Great Britain.
