WPŁYW STOPY PROCENTOWEJ NA POZIOM POZYSKANYCH KAPITAŁÓW ORAZ INWESTYCJI PRZEZ FUNDUSZE VENTURE CAPITAL ORAZ PRIVATE EQUITY NA RYNKU POLSKIM

Abstract
Fundusze venture capital oraz private equity są klasyfikowane na rynku finansowym jako inwestycje alternatywne. Cykl inwestycyjny funduszy wysokiego ryzyka składa się z trzech głównych następujących po sobie etapów. Pierwszym z nich jest faza pozyskiwania funduszy od inwestorów a następnie ich dalsze aktywne inwestowanie. Na poziom zebranych i zainwestowanych środków ma wpływ wiele czynników, wśród których najważniejszym wydaje się być stopień rozwoju rynku kapitałowego, historyczna stopa zwrotu funduszy oraz rynkowa stopa procentowa. Celem artykułu jest analiza wpływy zmian referencyjnej stopy procentowej w latach 1998-2013 na rynku polskim na poziom pozyskiwanych i inwestowanych środków przez fundusze venture capital oraz private equity.
