WPŁYW WYKORZYSTANIA RUD ŻELAZA O PODWYŻSZONEJ ZAWARTOŚCI CHLORU NA PROCES SPIEKANIA
Journal Title: Prace Instytutu Metalurgii Żelaza - Year 2018, Vol 70, Issue 3
Abstract
W artykule przedstawiono ocenę możliwości wykorzystania rud żelaza o podwyższonej zawartości chloru w procesie spiekania. Przeprowadzono laboratoryjne próby spiekania ze zwiększonym udziałem rudy żelaza o podwyższonej zawartości chloru. Stwierdzono, że wzrost udziału rudy o zwiększonej zawartości chloru powoduje obniżenie przewiewności mieszanki, a przez to obniżenie wydajności procesu spiekania i zwiększenie zużycia paliwa. Znacząco wzrosły zawartości chloru oraz tlenków metali alkalicznych.
