Wybrane aspekty przemocy politycznej w Indonezji jako spuścizna kolonializmu

Abstract
The article presents the phenomenon of political violence in Indonesia. Its main thesis is that among many other factors very important is significant historical experience. The author, using the example of separatist movements in province of Aceh and common prejudice against Chinese shows that roots of discussed problems reach deeply in the past and are the consequence of particular actions and decisions taken by the Dutch such as intense and unfair exploitation of Indonesia’s resources, no respect to local culture or tradition and privileged status of Chinese immigrants.
