WYPALENIE ZAWODOWE – POJĘCIE, PRZYCZYNY I OBJAWY

Abstract
Syndrom wypalenia zawodowego jest zespołem objawów powstających w wyniku przeciążenia emocjonalnego oraz fizycznego, które powodowane jest bezpośrednio przez stres występujący w miejscu pracy. Na ten specyficzny stres emocjonalny narażone są osoby pracujące w zawodach wymagających intensywnych kontaktów interpersonalnych z pacjentami, klientami czy społeczeństwem. Wypaleni pracownicy zawsze stanowią problem dla efektywności organizacji.
