Wyzwania wobec przemian cywilizacyjnych w państwach basenu Morza Bałtyckiego

Abstract
The regionalism of Baltic Sea states is a vision and political declaration created by European Union institutions. Making this regionalism stronger is not a priority of foreign policy of the states in the Baltic Sea region. The tendencies towards political formula of dominium Maris Baltici do not occur. The cultural and civilization identity of 10 states of the Baltic region is very diverse; in the process of its integration and creation of syncretic order the scientific and technical progress, international legal solutions, and education oriented towards rising awareness of the directions of contemporary civilization development play an important role.
