YOUNG PEOPLE’S MYCOTIC DEFEAT OF THE FEET – ETIOLOGY, PATHOGENESIS AND CLINICAL COURSE

Abstract

Thus, literature analyzing, our own mycology researches let us make a conclusion that Trichophyton rubrum is a general factor of the micotic pathogenesis. Different clinical forms of feet mycosis damages were defined, namely hyperkeratotic form, exudative form of feet mycosis and form with allergids. Combination of feet mycosis and onychomycosis was also observed mainly with normotrophic type of a nail plate damade. The results of our researchers shouts about the necessity of further detailed studying of the etiological factors, mechanisms of the development and clinical course of the young people’s feet mycosis and also about the necessity of the improving of the complex methods for successful therapy (ethiotropic and pathogenic) of the disease which we study.
