Youth and youth policy

Abstract
The article discusses the concept of "youth" and "youth policy", defined the purpose of state of youth policy. The indicators of the influence of youth policy on the development of the country were recognized. The approaches to determining the age limits of youth were analyzed. The main directions and priorities of the implementation of the state youth policy in the process of development of the state and society are revealed. The necessity of improvement of the education system and increasing of its financing is determined. Proposed to introduce in the higher educational establishments, regardless of the direction of training, the discipline of the formation of basic knowledge of the organization and working process of entrepreneurship. Facilitate the formation of entrepreneurial skills at university graduates in the process of training. Practical recommendations for reducing social tensions through the development of youth entrepreneurship are given.
