Zadania organów jednostek samorządu terytorialnego w stanie klęski żywiołowej

Abstract
Territorial government as a basic form of the decentralisation of public administration may regulate on a local and regional forum all matters by law assigned to them in their authority and responsibility, what also refers to the state of natural disaster. Thus counteracting natural disasters and liquidation of damage belong to this category of tasks, the execution of which is decided by the local government through its bodies. The mentioned above tasks may have both ex ante and ex post character. Authorised executive bodies on particular levels of territorial governance are tasked to counteract natural disasters. The tasks have been assigned to the territorial government bodies due to their ability of fast reaction in a crisis situation.
