Abstract
Автором проведено аналіз європейських стандартів соціального страхування населення. Доведено, що європеїзацію системи обов’язкового соціального страхування України необхідно проводити у сферах: правової культури нашої країни в цілому, соціально-страхового законодавства на підставі європейських стандартів і національної судової практики. Ключові слова: соціальне страхування, соціальне забезпечення, соціальний захист, соціальні виплати, європейські стандарти.
