ZAŁOŻENIA A RZECZYWISTOŚĆ W OBSZARZE PLANOWANIA ZABEZPIECZENIA MATERIAŁOWEGO WOJSK W WALCE

Abstract
Artykuł dotyczy zmian, jakie wystąpiły w procesach planowania zabezpieczenia materiałowego wojsk, wynikających z trwającej już od dłuższego czasu reorganizacji w SZ RP oraz nowych uwarunkowań związanych z nowelizacją strategii NATO. Prezentuje założenia reorganizacji procesu dowodzenia wojskami w obszarze planowania ich użycia, a ściślej możliwości organów planowania zabezpieczenia materia-łowego wojsk uczestniczących w procesach decyzyjnych na szczeblach taktycznych, a także ocenę wprowadzanych zmian i ich adekwatność w stosunku do potrzeb zapewnienia wojskom terminowych i odpowiednich jakościowo dostaw środków bojowych i materiałowych.<br/><br/>
