Abstract
The article examines international experience in area of public prosecutor actions on violations of labor legislation, taking into consideration the law and institutional systems in the countries under examination. The particular attention is given to existing experience of public prosecutor supervision and its features in the Russian Federation and the Republic of Kazakhstan.
